Chocolate

I have been craving chocolate ever sense I got home from a friends. Mom has some but is sleeping. I could resort to chocolate chips, but she doesn't like when we eat those. So I'm stuck until she wakes up, or until I can't take it any longer. We will see which comes first.

Finals went great, I think I did really good on all of time. Ha expect in math we got to use notes, and I left mine at home and started freaking out and my friend starting going through my binder and found another set of notes and started adding stuff to it, thank goodness!!!:). Anyways, I am now ready for a new trimester, and my stress is slowly going down.

Random

So I am now bored and thought I would just blog about random things. Well to start off I could tell you more about myself.

I am MORMON and proud of it. My favorite colors are, Pink, Blue, then green. I love to read. I am a good listener and love helping everyone. I love to cook. I love to do service for others. I can barely stand needles, as long as I don't see them I'm good. I get queazy when I see tons of blood, or things like that, if its a little cut or something, I am good to go, and will still give blood as long as I don't look at it. I love to have fun, and love hanging out with friends that I know I will have a good time with. I do not drink or do drugs( Duh MORMON). I find it helpful to talk things out with people, no matter how small or dumb it is, and only with people I trust. Well, thats about all I'm saying, if you want to know more you can ask, I don't bite promise!!!:)

Anyways, I should be studing for finals but really don't want to, plus I have a headache. Hm...

Birthday Part 2

Here are some pictures from yesturday. It was fun. Thanks Julie and Quinlan for the chocolate, it was soooo good!!! Thats the cake we got, and Julie trying to cut it. Anyways thats pretty much it.

Lesson

Today's lesson in Young Womens was neat. We were talking about changes our life. Our leader asked a few girls to share. When they did, it was mostly about how when their sibling(s) left there was a big change.
I realized a lot of things from this lesson. When Joel left, there was a little change. But when Jonathan left, there was more change. After he left, there was no driver during the week, it was way quieter during the day, and no one( in our family) who understood how I felt about things going on in my life.
I never realized how much impact he was. Sometimes he would be really annoying or something. Now that he is gone, its now that I appreciate him. Now I realize how sometimes when he would have to do something, he would get mad because it had plans he forgot to tell us or needed a break.
In probably February I will be getting my licence(have to wait 6 months after getting permit..) and will be running the errands and sister around I can already tell. but from that, so many blessings will come and I will get to understand how he felt those times.

So I thought I would share what I got out of our lesson today, that our lives do change, weather it be a good change or a bad.

Birthday part 1

Those are some pictures of my Birthday. When we came home, our door was decorated from the Laurels, with a bag of starburts. Can anyone open a starburts in their mouth??? I can. Anyways, then when we walked in, there were flowers with balloons from my dad. Then as we turned the corner, there was pizza and brownies from Mom.

Thats pretty much what happened on my bday. We are doing the rest this weekend when everyone is home. And for all who is asking, it was pretty good so far!

Updating

Today's post is an update. To start off, I have been keeping up with my goal, even though it has only been a week. I missed one or two nights but thats pretty good for me not reading or praying everynight.

Next.
I havn't been as stressed, but I still am, even though I may not act like it. There are manyy things in my life that stress me out, you can probably never find me not stressed. Finals are in about three weeks. Joy. There not that bad, but long and tons of studying to do. For the last three sets of finals, I just decided it would be best for me to study for all of my classes on monday (week of), tuesday for the classes that I have a test on Wednesday, Wednesday for Thursdays test. That has worked out pretty great for me. But even though that works, I am already stressed. That is not such a big stress right now compared to my other stresses which will remained untold about.

This weekend I had a great chance to hear an Aposel speak. I learned many things. I didn't know what he would chose to talk about, and I thought it would be a talk. But instead he surpised me with telling us he is going to answer our prepared questions with the help of his Compainion. He taught us many things, and I found different ways to look at things. One of the topics he talked about was your body is a temple. I knew it was, but didn't look at it that way. He told us not to put tattos on, would we do that to the portland temple? No and the Lord would not dwell in an unlcean temple. Brother Oaks taught us alot, and I thought I would just share that little piece with you, if you want to know what else, just ask!

Finally,
About a week ago, one of my leaders had told me to serve others. I have been doing a lot of that. I went to the Football game on Friday to help my friend and her parents set up the booster club(where they sell Aloha gear). They told us to go meet her Grandma at the gate. As we were walking over, the conession stand people drove up and asked us for help because it was susposed to be up and running in 30 minutes, and they were low on help. We thought, okay they need probably 15 minutes of help. So we were helping them, and realized that we had to help the hole football game. At the moment I was kinda bummed because it was the last game. But after I realized I was doing a great service project. So I am working hard to get more survice in and at least do it once a week if possible. Well I am covered for the last couple of weeks, and this week!! Survice is fun, don't get me wrong!!!
